Jayne's Cornish Moths
I was inspired to start mothing after attending a Cornwall Wildlife Trust moth morning in a garden in Zennor back in 1998. The following year a friend brought me a heath trap for my birthday and may partner made me an MV light trap. I have since recorded approximately 400 species of moths.
My records cover the moths found in a two-kilometer area near our house, most of the moths have been caught in my moth traps in the garden but some I have just been casual sightings in the general area. Most of the moths records I have collated over the few years are compiled on the Cornwall Moth Group web site.
